PRICE LIST

We rent always the whole building, incl. complete equipment, wine cellar, garden etc., and everytime only to one group of people (family, friends ...).

The building has 5 bedrooms with a capacity of 13 beds (+ 3 child cots - it can be placed in any bedroom).

Number of prepared rooms / beds corresponds to the number of reported persons: on the ground floor are 2 bedrooms (both with 2 beds and 1 single bed); on the first floor are 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 2 beds and 1 single bed, 1 bedroom with 1 bed).

From June to September and Christmas - Silvestr / New Year's Eve time the priority is given to ordering one-week stays.

PRICES (valid from 26/6/2022)
SPRING + AUTUMN + WINTER:
up to 4 beds (incl.) 1390 CZK/object/night, each add. bed 290 CZK/night.

SUMMER (+ EASTER + CHRISTMAS + NEW YEAR'S EVE):
up to 4 beds (incl.) 2690 CZK/object/night, each add. bed 450 CZK/night.

The price also includes:
Local tax 15 CZK / person / day.
Wireless internet connection - WiFi.
Consumption of energy (electricity and gas) and water.
Heated swimming pool (min. from May to September),
3 cots with bed linen (must be ordered in advance).
 After the agreement are welcomed a clean, well-behaved dog is gratis (unfortunately, after bad experiences, a refundable deposit of CZK 2,500 is required).
